1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "eu9idn", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the eu9idn platform accessible at https://eu9idn.cam.
• "Platform" means the eu9idn website, associated mobile interfaces, gaming software, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User and held in their Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by eu9idn subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification procedures required by eu9idn to confirm a User's eligibility.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or in which eu9idn is not authorised to provide services.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the Platform for transactions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, logging in, or using any service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eu9idn. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

eu9idn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for the amendment procedure.

3. Eligibility

To open an Account and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) and a resident of Indonesia.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. eu9idn strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of eu9idn or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by eu9idn for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify eu9idn promptly of any changes via the customer support channels.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. eu9idn will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

eu9idn reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time eu9idn reasonably requests, you must complete the KYC process by submitting the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, evidenced by the date of birth shown on your ID document.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Additional Documentation: eu9idn may request further documents, such as a selfie holding your ID, proof of source of funds, or a utility bill showing your Indonesian residential address, depending on the risk profile of your Account.

All KYC documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension and funds being held pending verification.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: eu9idn accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within two minutes of successful transfer confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours; delays may occur during scheduled maintenance or high-traffic periods. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC as described in Section 5.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Third-Party Payments: You must not deposit funds from a bank account, card, or e-wallet that does not belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

eu9idn offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated explicitly for each promotion (typically 20x–35x the bonus amount).
• Eligible games for clearing wagering requirements will be specified for each promotion. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and certain games may contribute 0%.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will be removed from your Account upon expiry.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play with other users, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• eu9idn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw a ny promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address is permitted.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting (including bandar bola, Indonesia's term for football bookmaking), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published on the Platform at the time of play. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealers operating under verified studio conditions. eu9idn does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a round is completed and settled.

In the event of a software malfunction, network disconnection, or other technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. eu9idn will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting odds are updated dynamically and are subject to change prior to market closure. Bets accepted before a market closes are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the ticket to pay out; a single void selection may be removed from the accumulator with remaining selections settled at revised combined odds, subject to specific promotion rules.

For togel markets (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau, and others), draw results are sourced directly from the official lottery organisations operating those pools. eu9idn publishes results as provided by those official sources. Any discrepancy must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format in which player-vs-player dynamics exist.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Engaging in "arbitrage" betting strategies or any systematic approach intended solely to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the Platform as entertainment.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing eu9idn staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

eu9idn is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic log-outs after a defined period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 12-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win/loss.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the eu9idn logo, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of eu9idn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from eu9idn.

Game titles, provider logos, and associated brand elements (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any affiliation beyond a commercial licensing arrangement with eu9idn.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu9idn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, power outages, or other events outside eu9idn's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game software or payment processing services.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to account security obligations.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, eu9idn's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eu9idn makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

eu9idn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you against eu9idn.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. eu9idn will notify you via email before applying any dormancy fee or initiating closure proceedings.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach, any verified Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by eu9idn is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, eu9idn collects only the data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secured servers.

15. Amendments

eu9idn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security vulnerability.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by eu9idn's licensing jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia place certain restrictions on the availability of gaming services, and you assume full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits eu9idn's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
